Architect Collaborations

Black Bear Builders has successfully collaborated on dozens of projects with outside designers over the years. Already have plans? We are happy to just be the builder! Architects enjoy working with us because we are sensitive to how much time and effort is put into the design process. Several of our project managers previously worked for decades at GC only firms before joining Black Bear Builders and are right at home working with top architects in the area.
